Build your very own Book Nook Initial Shelf — a charming, personalized mini bookshelf in the shape of your favorite letter.
In this hands-on experience, you’ll get to:
- Paint, stain, and decorate your mini-initial bookshelf. Dimensions are approx. 8x8" & may vary slightly by letter - depth will be approx. 1" when assembled so letter can be freestanding.
- Choose from 15–20 miniatures to bring your nook to life — including mini books, plants, 1:12 dollhouse miniature accessories and 3D laser-cut pieces that reflect your hobbies and interests.
- Express your personality in a creative and meaningful way!
- Feel free to bring any special MINIATURE mementos from home to add to your project!
This is the perfect project for readers, crafters, or anyone who loves miniatures and DIY decor. All materials are provided. Just bring your imagination and your favorite food and beverages to enjoy while you paint!

REMINDERS:
- Don't forget to put the initial you would like in the NOTES AT CHECKOUT. If none is listed, we will use the initial of your last name on registration.
- Please share your hobbies or interests in the notes at checkout as well. This way we can do our best make sure to have those "special" things on hand to help make your book nook perfect!
- Feel free to bring along any special MINIATURE MEMENTOS to add to your bookshelf! Scrapbook paper included!
- The miniature pieces are just that MINIATURE! Don't forget to bring along your glasses if you need them. We will also the option of markers to "paint" your miniature pieces- sometimes that's easier!

Cancellation/Return Policy: Due to the custom nature of ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS! If unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel, we suggest that you find a friend or family member to come in your place so that you are not out the reservation fee you paid. If this is not a possibility, you can pick up your supplies to DIY your project at home, from our workshop in Brighton, Co or attend another workshop we have within 30 days. After 30 days, the supplies will be removed and the project and amount paid will be forfeited.
